Kraft Heinz named to Ist company’s annual list of the World’s most innovative companies for third year in a row

Kraft Heinz has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025. This year, the Company was listed as the #7 most innovative company within the Manufacturing sector for its trailblazing efforts to modernize its supply chain, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions to drive increased productivity and efficiency.

“Here at Kraft Heinz, we are building the supply chain of the future, and what sets us apart is the speed and scale at which we’re implementing our advanced digital solutions to transform our global operations,” said Flavio Torres, Global Chief Supply Chain Officer at Kraft Heinz. “For the third year in a row, Kraft Heinz has been honored as a Most Innovative Company, a testament to the innovation we’re driving across every corner of our organization to lead the future of food and push the entire industry forward.”

Kraft Heinz has doubled down on AI and machine learning to power real-time cognitive decision intelligence across its supply chain with the goal of creating a fully integrated end-to-end supply chain with visibility from farm to fork. Following are just a few of the solutions that make up Kraft Heinz’s industry leading supply chain digital ecosystem:

*Kraft Heinz Lighthouse is an AI-enabled supply chain “control tower” that predicts challenges and opportunities across the Company’s supply chain and enables Kraft Heinz to get products into the hands of customers and consumers faster than ever before.

*The Connected Worker platform digitally translates data into readily available and usable insights for Kraft Heinz’s front line team members.

*Digital Twin technology simulates different scenarios and predicts the best operating conditions for peak performance. It also gives the Company complete visibility into its production lines across 31 manufacturing facilities in North America.

*Kraft Heinz’s proprietary AI computer vision system analyzes the quality and specifications of ingredients received from suppliers and is currently being piloted with Claussen pickles. It can pick out a defective cucumber from a truckload of thousands.

Since launching these innovations Kraft Heinz has significantly improved its operational efficiency. In North America, the Company has reduced waste across its supply chain by 40 percent.
